By Your Cross, you destroyed Death. To the Thief, You opened Paradise. For the Myrrh-bearers, You changed weeping into joy. Christ God, You commanded Your disciples to proclaim that You are risen, granting the world great mercy.

The dominion of Death can no longer hold humanity captive, for Christ descended shattering and destroying its power. Hades is bound while the prophets rejoice with one voice. The Savior has come to those in faith, saying: "Enter, you faithful, into the Resurrection."

We give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed. I am glad about the coming of Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus, for what was lacking on your part they supplied. For they refreshed my spirit and yours. Therefore acknowledge such men. The churches of Asia greet you. Aquila and Priscilla greet you heartily in the Lord, with the church that is in their house. All the brethren greet you. Greet one another with a holy kiss. Reader: Brethren, for such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens; who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the people's, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself. For the law appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints the Son who has been perfected forever. Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.

З Другого Посла́ння до Коринтя́н Свято́го Апо́стола Павла́ чита́ння (6:1-10)
Браття, ми ж, як співробітники, благаємо вас, щоб благодать Божу ви прийняли не марно. Бо сказано: у сприятливий час Я почув тебе і в день спасіння допоміг тобі. Ось тепер час сприятливий, ось тепер день спасіння. Ми нікому ні в чому не чинимо перешкоди, щоб не було обмовлене служіння, але у всьому показуємо себе як служителі Божі, у великому терпінні, в бідах і нестатках, у тісних обставинах, під ударами, в темницях, у вигнаннях, в трудах, у бдіннях, в постах, у чистоті, в розсудливості, у великодушності, в благості, в Дусі Святому, в нелицемірній любові, в слові істини, у силі Божій зі зброєю правди в правій і в лівій руці, в честі і безчесті, при доганах і похвалах: нас називають обманщиками, але ми вірні; ми невідомі, але нас впізнають; нас вважають померлими, але ось ми живі; нас карають, але ми не вмираємо; нас засмучують, а ми завжди радіємо; ми бідні, але багатьох збагачуємо; ми нічого не маємо, але всім володіємо.
З Першого Посла́ння до Коринфян Свято́го Апо́стола Павла́ чита́ння (16:13-24)
Браття, пильнуйте, стійте у вірі, будьте мужні, тверді. Все у вас хай буде з любов'ю. Благаю вас, браття (ви знаєте сім'ю Стефанову, що вона є початок Ахаії, і що вони присвятили себе на служіння святим), будьте і ви шанобливі до таких і до всякого, хто допомагає і трудиться. Я радий приходу Стефана, Фортуната і Ахаїка; вони замінили відсутність вашу, бо вони заспокоїли мій і ваш дух. Шануйте таких. Вітають вас церкви Асійські; щиро вітають вас у Господі Акіла і Прискілла разом з домашньою їх церквою. Вітають вас усі браття. Вітайте один одного святим цілуванням. Моє, Павлове, вітання власноручно. Хто не любить Господа Ісуса Христа,– анафема, маран-афа*. Благодать Господа нашого Ісуса Христа з вами, і любов моя з усіма вами в Христі Ісусі. Амінь.

До Євреїв 7:26 - 8:2
Браття, такий і повинен бути у нас Первосвященник: святий, непричетний злу, непорочний, відділений від грішників і піднесений вище небес. Котрий не має потреби щоденно, як ті первосвященники, приносити жертви спочатку за свої гріхи, потім за гріхи народу, бо Він зробив це один раз, принісши в жертву Себе Самого. Бо закон поставляє первосвященниками людей, котрі мають немочі, а слово клятвенне, після закону, поставило Сина, навіки досконалого. Головне ж у тому, про що говоримо, є таке: ми маємо такого Первосвященника, Котрий сів праворуч престолу величі на небесах і є священнослужитель святилища та скінії правдивої, яку збудував Господь, а не людина.
Євангеліє
Від Луки 6:31-36
І як хочете, щоб з вами чинили люди, так і ви чиніть з ними. І коли ви любите тих, хто вас любить, яка вам за те подяка? Бо і грішники люблять тих, хто їх любить. І якщо ви робите добро тим, хто вам робить добро, яка вам за те подяка? бо і грішники те саме роблять. І коли позичаєте тим, від кого сподіваєтесь одержати назад, яка за те вам подяка, бо і грішники позичають грішникам, щоб стільки ж одержати. Але ви любіть ворогів ваших, добро творіть, і позичайте, нічого не сподіваючись; і буде вам нагорода велика і будете синами Всевишнього; бо Він добрий і до невдячних і злих. Отже, будьте милосердні, як і Отець ваш милосердний.
Від Матвія 24:42-47
Отож пильнуйте, бо не знаєте, в який час Господь ваш прийде. Але це ви знаєте, що, якби знав господар дому, о котрій сторожі прийде злодій, то пильнував би і не дав би підкопати дому свого. Тому і ви будьте готові, бо в котру годину не думаєте, прийде Син Людський. Хто ж вірний і розсудливий раб, якого господар його поставив над слугами своїми, щоб давати їм їжу вчасно? Блаженний той раб, господар якого, прийшовши, знайде, що він робить так; істинно кажу вам, що над усім добром своїм поставить його.
Від Матвія 5:14-19
Сказав Господь: ви є світло світу. Не може сховатися місто, яке стоїть на верху гори. І, засвітивши свічку, не ставлять її під посудину, а на підсвічник, і світить всім у домі. Так хай сяє світло ваше перед людьми, щоб вони бачили ваші добрі діла і прославляли Отця вашого Небесного. Не думайте, що Я прийшов порушити закон або пророків: не порушити прийшов Я, а здійснити. Бо істинно кажу вам: доки не перейде небо і земля, жодна йота чи жодна риска не перейде із закону, поки не здійсниться все. Отже, хто порушить одну з цих заповідей найменших і навчить так людей, той найменшим буде названий в Царстві Небесному; а хто виконає і навчить, той великим буде названий в Царстві Небесному.
