The angelic powers were at Your Tomb. The guards became as dead men. Mary stood by Your Grave seeking Your Most Pure Body. You captured Hades, not being tempted by it. You came to the Virgin, granting Life, Lord, risen from the dead, glory to You.

Браття, Бог, багатий милістю, по великій Своїй любові, якою нас полюбив, і нас, мертвих за злочинами, оживотворив з Христом,– благодаттю ви спасені,– і воскресив з Ним, і посадив на небесах у Христі Ісусі, щоб у майбутніх віках явити безмірне багатство благодаті Своєї в благості до нас у Христі Ісусі. Браття, нарешті, зміцнюйтесь Господом і могутністю сили Його. Одягніться в повну зброю Божу, щоб вам можна було стати проти хитрощів диявольських, бо наша боротьба не проти крові і плоті, а проти начальств, проти властей, проти світоправителів темряви віку цього, проти духів злоби піднебесних. Для цього прийміть повну зброю Божу, щоб ви змогли протистояти в день злий і, все подолавши, вистояти. Отож станьте, підперезавши чресла ваші істиною і одягнувшись у броню праведності, і взувши ноги в готовність благовіствувати мир; а понад усе візьміть щит віри, яким зможете погасити всі розпечені стріли лукавого; і шолом спасіння візьміть, і меч духовний, що є слово Боже.

Від Луки 8:41-56

І ось, прийшов чоловік на ім'я Іаір, який був начальником синагоги; і, припавши до ніг Ісусових, благав Його увійти до нього в дім, бо у нього була єдина дочка років дванадцяти, і та була при смерті. Коли ж Він йшов, народ тіснив Його. І жінка, що дванадцять років страждала кровотечею, яка, витративши на лікарів все своє майно, ні в жодного не змогла вилікуватися, підійшовши ззаду, доторкнулася до краю одежі Його; і відразу кровотеча у неї зупинилась. І сказав Ісус: хто доторкнувся до Мене? Коли ж усі відмовлялись, Петро і ті, що були з Ним, сказали: Наставнику! народ оточує Тебе і тіснить,– і Ти говориш: хто доторкнувся до Мене? Ісус же сказав: хтось доторкнувся до Мене, бо Я відчув силу, що вийшла з Мене.  Жінка, побачивши, що вона не втаїлася, тремтячи, підійшла і, впавши перед Ним, розповіла Йому перед усім народом, з якої причини доторкнулася до Нього і як раптом зцілилась. Він сказав їй: дерзай, дочко! віра твоя спасла тебе; іди з миром. Коли Він ще говорив це, приходить один з дому начальника синагоги і говорить йому: твоя дочка вмерла; не турбуй Учителя. Ісус же, почувши це, сказав йому: не бійся, тільки віруй, і спасена буде. Прийшовши в дім, не дозволив увійти нікому, крім Петра, Іоанна і Якова, та батька і матері тієї дівчини. Всі плакали і ридали за нею. А Він сказав: не плачте, вона не вмерла, а спить. І сміялися з Нього, знаючи, що вона вмерла. Він же, виславши всіх геть, взявши її за руку, виголосив: дівчино! встань. "But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons. You will be brought before kings and rulers for My name's sake. But it will turn out for you as an occasion for testimony. Therefore settle it in your hearts not to meditate beforehand on what you will answer; for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist. You will be betrayed even by parents and brothers, relatives and friends; and they will put some of you to death. And you will be hated by all for My name's sake. But not a hair of your head shall be lost. By your patience possess your souls."
