Браття, пильнуйте, стійте у вірі, будьте мужні, тверді. Все у вас хай буде з любов'ю. Благаю вас, браття (ви знаєте сім'ю Стефанову, що вона є початок Ахаії, і що вони присвятили себе на служіння святим), будьте і ви шанобливі до таких і до всякого, хто допомагає і трудиться. Я радий приходу Стефана, Фортуната і Ахаїка; вони замінили відсутність вашу, бо вони заспокоїли мій і ваш дух. Шануйте таких. Вітають вас церкви Асійські; щиро вітають вас у Господі Акіла і Прискілла разом з домашньою їх церквою. Вітають вас усі браття. Вітайте один одного святим цілуванням. Моє, Павлове, вітання власноручно. Хто не любить Господа Ісуса Христа,– анафема, маран-афа*. Благодать Господа нашого Ісуса Христа з вами, і любов моя з усіма вами в Христі Ісусі. Амінь.

З Посла́ння до Тита Свято́го Апо́стола Павла́ чита́ння (1:1-4; 2:15-3:3, 12-13, 15; )
Сину Тите, Павло, раб Божий, Апостол же Ісуса Христа, за вірою вибраних Божих і пізнанням істини, що належить до благочестя, у надії вічного життя, яке обіцяв вірний у слові Бог раніше вікових часів, а в свій час явив Своє слово в проповіді, довіреній мені за велінням Спасителя нашого, Бога, – Титу, істинному синові за спільною вірою: благодать, милість і мир від Бога Отця і Господа Ісуса Христа, Спасителя нашого. Це говори, наставляй і викривай зі всякою владою, щоб ніхто не зневажав тебе. Нагадуй їм, щоб слухалися і корилися начальству і властям, були готові на всяке добре діло, нікого не лихословили, були не сварливі, а тихі, і виявляли всяку лагідність до всіх людей. Бо і ми були колись нерозумні, непокірні, заблудші, раби похотей і різних розкошів, жили в злобі та в заздрощах, були огидні, ненавиділи один одного. Коли пришлю до тебе Артема чи Тихика, поспіши прийти до мене в Нікополь, бо я вирішив там провести зиму. Законника Зину та Аполлоса потурбуйся відправити так, щоб у них ні в чому не було недостатку. Вітають тебе всі, що знаходяться зі мною. Вітай тих, хто любить нас у вірі. Благодать з усіма вами. Амінь.

Від Матвія 21:33-42
Сказав Господь таку притчу, був один господар дому, котрий посадив виноградник і обніс його огорожею, викопав в ньому виностік, збудував башту і, віддавши його виноградарям, відлучився. Коли ж наблизився час плодів, він послав своїх слуг до виноградарів взяти свої плоди; виноградарі, схопивши слуг його, одного побили, другого вбили, а іншого побили камінням. Знову послав він інших слуг, більше, ніж спочатку; і з ними вчинили так само. Наостанок послав він до них свого сина, кажучи: посоромляться сина мого. Але виноградарі, побачивши сина, сказали один одному: це спадкоємець; ходімо уб'ємо його і заволодіємо спадщиною його. І, схопивши його, вивели геть з виноградника і вбили. Отже, коли прийде господар виноградника, що він зробить з цими виноградарями? Говорять Йому: злочинців цих віддасть злій смерті, а виноградник віддасть іншим виноградарям, які будуть віддавати йому плоди у свій час. Ісус говорить їм: невже ви ніколи не читали в Писанні: камінь, який відкинули будівничі, той самий став наріжним? Це від Господа, і є дивне в очах наших? (Пс. 117,22–23).

"You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
